ATCT Window Replacement Project – The contract is with Russell Glass for $633,200.
Status: Construction
All 13 windows and frames have been installed. There is some minor work to finish the project before closing out this project.
Funding for this project came from the FAA Contract Tower Competitive Grant (FCT) ($600,000), Airport Infrastructure Grant (AIG) ($29,880), and Airport funds ($3,320).
Expected Completion: June 2024.
ATCT Elevator Modernization/Replacement Project – The contract is with KONE Elevator Company for $244,787 to replace the existing elevator.
Status: Construction
Work on the elevator is expected to start on May 13 and be completed by the end of July 2024.
Funding for this project came from the FAA Contract Tower Competitive Grant (FCT) ($200,000), Airport Infrastructure Grant (AIG) ($40,308), and Airport funds ($4,479).
Expected Completion: August 2024
ATCT Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System Project – The contract is with ADB Safetgate for $49,535 to replace all the equipment and install pilot control lighting that was not part of the existing system.
Status: Pre-Construction
We do not have a schedule from ADB Safegate for when the work will start.
This project is 100% funded by the FAA.
Expected Completion: December 2024
